1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the cili33 platform — whether through the official website at cili33.pro or via our mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the cili33 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility

To use cili33 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 18 years and above or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is higher.
• You are registering in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not located in a country or territory that prohibits online gambling activities in their entirety under local law.
• You have never been declared bankrupt or are currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• You are not an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of any cili33 employee involved in the operation of the platform.

Cili33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, cili33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any associated balance pending the completion of the investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at cili33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. cili33 employs advanced detection technology including IP address checks, device information, and KYC data to identify duplicate registrations. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and banking details. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.

3.3 Password Security Responsibility

7 cili33's Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned technical maintenance.
• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

In all circumstances, cili33's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

8 Account Termination and Suspension
